1. General Terms and Definitions

This document serves as a legal agreement between the cv999 platform and its users. In these terms, "platform" refers to cv999's website, mobile application and all associated services. "Member" or "user" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

cv999 is an online entertainment platform that offers casino games, sports betting and other entertainment activities. The platform is available for personal and entertainment use only.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any language interpretation is required, the English version shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each user may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any deposited funds or bonuses may be forfeited.

Information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be true and accurate. Opening an account with false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised activity on the account must be reported to the cv999 support team immediately. Operating an account on behalf of another person or a third party is not permitted.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cv999 may request a national identity card or equivalent document for identity verification before processing a withdrawal or at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this verification process is complete. cv999 reserves the right to close an account if verification is refused or inconsistent information is found.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cv999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These methods apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through or from a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The name on the payment method and the registered account name must match.
• Withdrawals may be held until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held during the verification process.

It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the wagering requirements for all active bonuses have been met before requesting a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

cv999 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Reading the applicable terms carefully before claiming a bonus is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, address or device.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, the active bonus will be cancelled.
• cv999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonuses and any associated winnings on the relevant account will be cancelled.

6. Gaming and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the cv999 platform are governed by the respective provider's own rules. It is the member's responsibility to understand the specific rules and payout structure of each game before playing.

6.1 Betting Rules

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, cv999 reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake. Records of all transactions are kept to ensure fair play.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and all other international matches — is governed by specific market rules. In the event of an abandoned match or rain interruption, the policy for settling the relevant bet may vary by market. Detailed rules are displayed alongside each market.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any ambiguity arises in the outcome of a game or bet due to a server error, disconnection or other technical problem, the decision of cv999 shall be considered final. The game provider's log records will be used as evidence.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv999 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain artificial profit by exploiting the bonus system.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Conducting fraudulent transactions or providing false information.
• Using software, bots or automated systems to conduct gaming or betting.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing or misconduct towards other members.

If any such activity is suspected, cv999 may temporarily suspend the relevant account while an investigation is ongoing.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

cv999 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Discrepancy in age verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• The user's own request.

If an account is closed and there is a valid balance with no breach of terms, the funds will be returned subject to identity verification. However, the bonus balance of an account closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The cv999 platform strives to maintain the highest technical standards. However, cv999's liability is limited in certain situations:

• Interruption to a bet or game due to the user's internet connection problems.
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• Account credentials reaching a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Unforeseen natural or technical disruptions.

10. Changes and Additions to Terms

cv999 reserves the right to change, amend or add to these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms will be considered effective from the moment they are published on the platform.
